When you travel to Paris, you're going for the culture, the food, the ambiance and most importantly, the iconic Eiffel Tower photo. Essential to a successful Paris trip, you cannot fumble the bag when it comes to capturing the city of love with perhaps the most recognizable monument in the whole world. That's why we're here - to help you, encourage you, and guide you (get it, cause we make guides :)) in taking the perfect photo in Paris.
Our favorite spots to capture the moment:
Champ de Mars (Champ de Mars, 7th arrondissement)
The most basic and honestly best spot to start your photo journey. This park is best known for picnics (we show you how to pull off the perfect one in our guide) but also for the most clear and unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower. Stretching from the actual tower to the Ecole Militarie, you'll have plenty of space and therefore angles here.
Trocadero Gardens (Place du Trocadéro, 16th arrondissement)
This is probably the most famous view of the Eiffel Tower. you can capture it from across the Seine River and get fountains and gardens in the background really encapsulating the whole city.
Avenue de Camoëns (Avenue de Camoëns, 16th arrondissement)
Here is where it starts getting artsy. You can capture the tower in between a very Parisian city here - a breathtaking photo if we do say so ourselves.
Rue de l'Université (Rue de l'Université, 7th arrondissement)
You'll find the most picturesque view of the Eiffel Tower framed by gorgeous Parisian buildings here. This street is relatively quiet compared to other tourist spots, making it the perfect spot for capturing a peaceful and iconic Parisian scene.
